Wine varieties
There are up to 20,000 wine varieties in the world today. In Croatia, there are 196 grape varieties intended for wine production on the National List of Recognized Cultivars - which undoubtedly makes us a rich wine country. For you, we have chosen to produce only the best, autochthonous varieties Plavac Mali, Graševina, Malvazija Istarska and Teran, and international varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Rhine Riesling.
Locations
Each vineyard has its own story, climate and characteristics. The distances between the localities of only a few meters and up to several kilometers give the wine the essence of the new, different and unique. For our vineyards, we have chosen locations with the greatest potential, and all this in order to convey to you the diversity and peculiarities of the varieties and wine regions, and so that you can embark with us on a journey through the wine roads of Croatia. For you, with great passion and dedication, we produce wines that come from the three most important wine-growing regions - Slavonia, Istria and Dalmatia. Our vineyards are located in Ilok, Istria and Pelješac.
Wine production
We constantly strive to produce the finest drops for your refined palates. Wine production is an extremely complex process that represents a long journey from the vineyard to the glass. To create a top-quality wine, knowledge and passion for wine are needed in every step of the production process: from vineyard maintenance, through harvesting, processing, the fermentation process itself, to storage conditions, flow and stabilization - all this, in order to ultimately achieve pleasure consumption.
Our inspiration
We believe that little things make life more beautiful and that a glass of wine a day makes your day happier. The winemaker is based on the premise that good wine can and must be available to everyone, so our team brings together wine lovers who conduct the selection for you, visiting unexplored Croatian and world cellars. We also carry out strict quality control of wine, which results in the most delicious pleasures for the palate. In short, that is what we are dealing with.
